We do our best to keep stock listing up to date. If however, stock availability has changed, we will inform you by email with an approximate time frame on a restocking date.
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply email us within seven days of receiving your item and we will email you back a return authorization code and further instructions. The item must be sent back unworn and in its original packaging. When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned without a proper return authorization code will be refused. What if my package is lost? We rarely have a package go missing, but if this were to happen our policy is as follows: 1) A claim is filed with the shipping carrier. 2) If after 3 business days of the tracking stating delivery and the package still does not turn up- (sometimes it has been left with a neighbor for example) we will ship out replacements regardless of the shipping investigation status. 3) If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we must wait until the investigation is complete by the specified shipping carrier, which can take up to 3 weeks.
